David established the business in 2014 having had extensive experience in digital technology as well as an in-depth knowledge of the conveyancing, property and financial services market. His mission has been to enable professional services firms to accurately identify who is behind a signature or matter and assist with incorporating those checks into a logical and tailored workflow. David’s interests outside work include aviation and music.
CIO
Matt has been with VSiD since the very beginning and has played a key role in building the portal into what it is today. He continues to lead its development and maintenance, as well as handling compliance, general IT, and a wide range of technical challenges across the business. Outside of work, Matt enjoys live music, collecting records, and going to beer festivals. When he’s looking to unwind, he likes to slow things down by baking bread.
Director
Sally looks after compliance, marketing, HR and general administration within the business and has been with VSiD for over six years. Her passion has been to build a great team that enjoy what they do and feel empowered to build on their careers. Sally enjoys travel and has an interest in languages, including French and Spanish.
Senior Operations Manager
Caroline has had a long career in Sales Operations, Credit Control and Logistics and orchestrates the VSiD Sales process from start to finish, looking after our clients’ needs and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Caroline has two sons and two cats that keep her busy and manages to fit walking groups into her routine as well. She is a keen traveller, enjoys learning about different cultures and cuisines and has visited some fascinating places including Iceland, Africa, the Caribbean and the Far East to name but a few!
Strategic Sales and Partnerships Director
Andrew has a long standing and successful sales career and joined VSiD from DX, where he held the post of Head of Sales. One skill he has in abundance is building relationships and trust which has resulted in continued growth of the business as it goes from strength to strength. Andrew is a keen runner, raising money for St Richard’s Hospice, and has previously reached the top 10% for JustGiving.
Development Engineer & Integration Lead
Having trained post-degree with Code Institute for her Full Stack Development Diploma, Amy is an integral part of the team and knows the VSiD platform inside out. Supporting with technical queries, educating the team on the platform’s nuances, and taking the lead with integration partners on new projects, as well as creating intelligent SmartForms for clients, Amy is a key liaison between Sales and Tech. Amy is a keen runner and ran the London Marathon in 2025.
Senior Account Executive
After achieving a BSc in Applied Sciences at Galway University in Ireland, Seán worked in a number of B2B sales roles. He has gained in depth knowledge of the VSiD products and features and has become very familiar with the regulatory landscape which allows him to offer a personal and consultative approach with clients. Seán has been an amateur boxer and has practised martial arts, as well as having a passion for cycling, running and cinema.
Technical Support & Customer Success Executive
Adam is loved by our clients for his calm and helpful approach. His in-depth knowledge of the platform helps solve support queries and enables him to deliver exceptional training and onboarding for new users. He achieved a BA in Management at the University of Leicester and later headed to Australia for nine months, where he took on a Customer Service role before coming back to the UK. Adam is a Reading FC season ticket holder and being half Finnish, loves blue skies and saunas!
Senior Product Development Manager
Shaun joined us following his move from South Africa and brings a wealth of expertise in Product Management, Business Analysis, SaaS Administration, and Technical Operations. Acting as liaison between our clients’ technical teams and the VSiD in-house team, Shaun leads the development process from start to finish whilst ensuring we remain compliant with our ISO27001 and DIATF obligations. Shaun enjoys hitting the gym, treating his wife and himself to a nice meal out, and dreaming up new products and features, then watching those ideas come to fruition.
